WORKSHOP

Kate Reali Photography will be hosting a Hot Shoe Mommas Photography Workshop
on Saturday March 3, 2012.

Space is limited and Preregistration is required.

What kind of workshop is it?
The workshop is intended to help move you past using the automatic point and shoot mode of photography so many of us Moms use and gain a level of understanding of basic photography terms, lighting, and techniques. You will have a two week access to online material available 24/7 loaded with information for the course prior to the full day of hands on learning complete with models on Saturday March 3rd. So if you'd like to get familiar with aperture, shutter speed and ISO and move past shooting in "automatic mode" as we turn our cameras on manual, learn to use a flash and how to take advantage of natural light, this course is designed to help you get more comfortable with your camera.

What this Workshop is NOT?
This is not for professionals looking to start up a business or learn tips on how to become a professional photographer. We will not go in-depth on technique or ways to start up your own business.

About the Photographer:
I took my first photography class in 8th grade and after graduating high school I went to college for photography having my first photos published in the Miami Herald as an intern, I continued with my education and received a degree in Photography. I have been working as professional photographer and photojournalist since 1996 having my work published almost daily for the past 15 years and winning several awards throughout those years. I currently am a Staff Photographer at the Press-Register and have been in business taking family and children portraits since 2005.
