Just Beachy!

Doesn't this just scream postcard! I could stare at it all day if I don't think about the ugly faces my kiddos were making on the other side, they want nothing to do with the itchy scratchy sandy beach, but aren't their sand cover toes just adorable. I will be selling posters and prints of my favorite photographs at my Etsy store soon!

Sunflowers fields forever

 I love the pattern of this flower it creates it's own beauty the kind you can only find in nature

 this has to be one of my favorite, I just love the trio of bees gathering nectar and the sun filtering through the field 

and the sun setting behind the lonely sunflower in the field

It's amazing all the different shots of the same subject you can get in one location and under an hour.

Old market

I use to buy my produce locally from a farmers market just a few miles from our house until one day the mega Mart found it's way into our community and took over. I stumbled upon the remanents of that old market in a barn across the street covered in dust and cobwebs.

I found this dried moth in our garage, the kids were fascinated by it as was I , Lucy tried so hard not to laugh during this photo but there was a bug was on her face , we tried goofy looks, crossed eyes but in the end  it was better not to look.
